Hi Benita You could down size the Christmas Tree, I was a little sceptical and bought an artificial battery lit tree about a foot high a couple of years ago.

Thanks, our tree is artificial. Our house is too small and the tree is already squeezed in the corner against the couch and tv stand. So no room for a gate.
