maybe there's some smell from other cats outside of her living area that she and others brings in, maybe the bottom of her shoes, etc. and her cat can smell

call a vet or wildlife rehab person. they'll know u can use goat milk if that is upsetting him. but then again, it might be normal color for a kitten
