OK, maybe I'm nuts, but I don't think that's Chris. That definitely looks like a toupee (the colors don't match), and there's a big mole on his cheek.

Chris Noth is doing a fantastic job with the few scenes he is in - next episode should be very "hot"... BTW, I heard Chris has been confirmed for season 2.
