I don't think just the two of them own it. Otherwise, they could have had it on the box set. My guess it that Doyle controls a portion of it, and they couldn't

I've got one disc in the car. 2 laying on the kitchen counter and one in my home stereo. Other than for a couple of songs on Discs 2 and 3, it's really discs 1
