Yes I can, I did, still no go. Thanks for the suggestions anyway. I have sent it back to California on their tech's recommendation. He was baffled too..

Can you hook it up to computer via USB cable. Sometimes that procedure revives dead electronic gear. worked for me before.

I have a Sangean Wifi radio and love it. I put one of those CCrane FM transmitters into the line out, and then can listen to it on every FM radio in the house.
