I am a pretty marginal mountain biker and I love the 4-mile trail. I do have to walk parts, but it is super scenic and some of the rock challenges are fun.

You can always skip the river trail and ride the Rincon trail all the way out to the highway and down to Fairview to connect with the whiskey flat trail.
