Yeah, That's the stuff. When they made ours, he used the baggie as a head covering to keep the stuff from getting all over your hair. We did have to wear it

There is this neat stuff at WalMart and I am sure more other craft suppliers made by Crayola that is some kind of craft/sculpty foam. It is wet and moldable

You can do a paper maché headpiece that is not hard to make. It will be light but will not be as nice as high quality latex. I made one of me this way. I
