Pennywell is in the former Pennzoil warehouse along SR-8. They are spotting the Brine Water cars on the main where the former loading racks for Pennzoil were.

Ya its been in for a few months. You may have over looked it because the ballast is likely still not tamped even though they have had the tamper and spreaders
