No, you must have misunderstood. They taped the High Bridge, NJ episode to shop the idea of the show around. In fact, everyone in HB already got their prizes.

High Bridge wasn't one of the chosen ones. The first one shown was Greenville Alabama, the first one taped was Bordentown, NJ and that never aired...
