The only criteira the WOF impose on WOC eligiblity is: a) Citizen of the country or b) Resident for 6 months in 12 months ending on the date of the WOC Most

Not being from the USA I am not 100% sure what your qualification rules for the WOC are but in the UK there is a rule where the BOF chairman can offer places
