      <description>vista doesnt have a transparent vitrual mode like w7 ultimate... compatibility mode is not the same... I know people who have used multiple versions of orcad</description>

      <description>You just have to open the library where you stored the file. Place - Part - Add Library. Browse to where you stored the library directory = select the part. </description>
