My suggestion would be to just unzip it to a folder, then start the program and see if it works. It is either going to work or not. Your biggest problem might

Brent, Scanlist 00 is unassigned. Use the pull down and set Scanlist 02 since you already have 01 for the city. Make sure you have the TSYS selected in Win500
