Yes Doug, we saw it at the Toronto Show. Naturally all stern seats will be similar, but those are clearly more suited to a Catalina (more of a rounded design).

Did you check out the catalina 400 next door to your boat? The stern seat arrangement would be very similar. The backstays are the major obstacle for the 43.
