You have the Smartlist to Go desktop app, don't you? Maybe not installed, but it's part of the SLTG program package. Install it on your desktop, sync your Palm

If you have access perhaps you can create databases with all the fields you have in the pdb files and then do a datalink and sync the pdb databases to access.
