According to my notes it should not change frequency in going from rx to tx in cw mode. The DDS chips are 2 sections, one for rx and the other for tx. Check

Well Clif I made a mistake I only getting .150V on the Base and 1.5 on the collector of the finals so maybe the finals are still OK because thats a 10X gain,

Well the drivers aren't doing anything. You have the 1.5 at the base of the finals, what is on the collector. If not more then they are bad also. Clif
