I finally got the cd to open up. the shop manual I have on pdf file is for 49 through 54 and it is 54 meg . sorry its not 55 I thought it was.KMc

Get 'em both. They are probably new reprints of the original GM assembly and shop manuals. You can check the price at Danchucks or Classic Chevy. About $25
