Hi; If you are referring to the aluminum plugs for the longerons and wing compression members, I personally think that the epoxy would crack when you tightened

Hi; Basically, I used what the "prints" called for. Aluminum for the longeron and compression plugs. For the wing spars, I used oak. Same for the landing gear.
