I'm not an expert on the IT200 but I had one down a while back and noticed the kick start system uses the primary gear on the clutch basket to roll engine.

Support the front wheel and see if it's out of balance. Put a mark on the tire and see if the mark settles to the same spot each time you give the wheel a turn

Head shake is when the front end shakes , due to too steep of a rake or low oil in the forks . Those are two of the common reasons why . The Dirt Shack Lee
