Canadian Passport Photos?

The last time that I had mine done they'd changed the regulations so you had to go to a photographer's... that a simple chain store wouldn't do anymore.

Try FedEx Kinkos/Office, I used to work for them and they do passport photos. If they have a good staff they should know how to do the Canadian passport

Yes, print out the requirements and bring them along with you. Also, if you wear glasses take them off. Mine showed a tiny bit of glare that I didn't notice
