I don't know much about 9000's with ABS but you could check out the ABS accumulator and see if that has a problem. My 1990 9000 carlsson has ABS but so far

I have owned 2 saabs and one was a 9000. It is a common thing. Try a simple thing and pull the fuses for the ABS. If this resolves your issue worst case
