I agree, too. The low-lying layout is classic, and the lobby is pretty groovy already. Plus, in this "eco" era it would be such a waste to demolish that

Honestly this reminds me of what they did in Marina del Rey and Playa Vista. Congested traffic, a nouveau snobby attitude, etc. I moved to LB to escape this.
