Hello Geoff, We have had this problem on some Pc's but not all, it's proving to be a bit tricky. In the mentime you can create the contours in CAD then

Tool 3 diameter has to be less than the slot width (I dunno why...), so I set it to .374 and it runs ok.

Weird. You are going to have to send the DRA and CNC file to dolphin on this one. I crossed out all the operations with the first tool and ran just the slots

In Dolphin Partmaster, you use File Export Drawing, then select the .dxf file extension. k
