It's been a long time since I printed from ecco, but I believe you can save a setup in the Print Catalog, then just use that setting in the Print... dialog

Thanks Doug, I am starting with the first of your options. However, I see no menu/file/export notepad in my version of Ecco Pro (4.01). Am I missing something?

Not exactly "all" but you can: menu/file/export notepad or do a .pdf print each page and assemble into a one file (multi-page) .pdf (using a free pdf
