Those are the only two Lyndel. But it has been used as a stick in other cases I can think of at least 3 or 4 in the UK for the reasons that you outline. ...

Have a look at the World Heritage convention for rules on inscription and this site http://whc.unesco.org/en/news/522 for a bit on why this site was removed.
