Gibson, Sounds like a lack of pressure to drive 2nd turbo. Check for leaks in vaccum tubing. Also ensure the original vacuum pipes are in, a friend recently

Hi Guys, Recently blew my primary Turbo and i replaced it with a new one,i also replaced 2 crankshaft bearings,changed the Oil,car was running as good as new.

It's most likely the rocker cover gasket leaking, it's easily fixed with a new one, just take it to your mechanic to get fixed. It's very common on the boxer
