You could try topofusion. It has a function to average tracklogs. You could import the roads as tracks and then have topofusion average them out.

I copied gmapsupp.img to folder garmin on my Nuvi 1350 but the Nuvi doesn't recognize the supplementary map. There is a file garmindevices.xml in folder garmin
