I think that's a bit different because it's parts of several differents DVDs spliced together. This is someone taking the liberty of fixing what was "wrong"

Just adding my 2 cents If you go by those rules then would not Wicked "The Edit" (It has been traded for years) Not be fair to all the master of ALL those DVD?
