That depends a lot on what synthesizer you are using. If it's a plain vanilla GM synth like the default JmSynth and you select GM Mode in OMB, then OMB already

OMB doesn't use the BREAK variations, just the INTRO, ENDING, MAIN and FILL variations.

There is a lot you can do without anything more than that. Try the demo. A MIDI keyboard controller and a MIDI cable to connect it to your Acer would be nice
