Hi ramsey, you will need a NGS tester in order to reset the data after replacing the batteries otherwise it will be confused and thinks the old battery data

check the avcon grille connector and make sure the pins are clean .... hook up the charger for a few minutes and look at the bcm_op=? and the number will tell

Chris, you're welcome to borrow my DS50, if it will help. Claire may be closer to you, but mine is unmounted and has a NEMA L6-30 plug, as well as an adapter
