The 88-89 front spoiler style is a 1 piece. Topend is as low as they will go. Retail is $312.48 from most dealers although I have been quoted $360 from some.

The probe BOV is a good design, but undersized. I have an 89 Probe GT, and a 92 GT, both turbo'ed. I have run 18PSI using the factory BOV. It won't leak.

The DSM BOV works well as long as you crush it or control it's BOV point. Your friends should work too depending on how much pressure you are running as well
