Hi, I was planning to read Before Dishonor and all the previous TNG relaunch so I read Vendetta, as advised, and I really loved it. For me it's a page turner.

The TITAN books are absolutely amazing. I have yet to read a bad one. The first one is probably what a real TNG movie about the Romulans should have been.

Yeah, some of the books that came out in the period between ST:TMP and say Search For Spock were complete crud. Articles of the Federation was a phenomenal
