You should be able to go to where you get your plates and have them flag it as stolen. By this time, I wouldn't feel bad about this person getting pulled over

You definately don't want anodized .063" aluminium.....way way too thick. First trailer I built I used .032" and was easy to work, second trailer I used .040"
