I think adding battery equalizers was the best thing i ever did on the Sparrow i owned. I think your doing a good thing - it really helps the batteries.

Hi Vigil, The Sparrows used sealed lead acid batteries and the Tropicas use flooded lead acid batteries. You'll get more current out of those Optimas but less
