The powers are not randomized. They are keyed to the specific miniatures in the package. For example, Primal Heroes I will always contain "Foe to Foe",

I think the cards are randomized, but I'm not %100 sure. There are 2 series so far (PH Heroes: Series 1/2), and the easiest way to find them, IMO, is the D&D
