Sorry to say that the roads were already full of cars and there were scarcely any parking spaces after 6.45pm. especially in the Priory/Linzee/Clovelly Roads.

I think the patrols finish 10 mins before the fireworks start so they can go and watch the fireworks! Makes a joke of the permit system as the roads get jammed
