The Global Scope in the MIDI Control setup window means that the function or control is applied to the selected track. So you should use that assignment.

BAck in 2005 I looped on a Powerbook 1.42 MHz G4 with 2 GB ram. Mobius wasn't available then so I used two instances of Augustus Loop hosted in Ableton Live
