Mine is an '03 with 22K on the clock. The working part is clear of rust so I don't get any leakage. Still it looks kind of bad. Weird that your '02 doesn't

Yep, that was the right part. Ordered it from a local Kawasaki shop, about $80 total from them, will have it next week. Also I'll need the chrome (plastic)

Somehow, those instruments seem to take a beating no matter how you fall. FWIW, parts are available separately from Ma Kaw. I think the part you are talking
